[Resolved] Lenskart — product delivery error | |||||
I have placed order for two eyeglasses on lenskart seeing the cod option at my pincode. Now the delivery time is near and there is no response. I asled yhere customer team to deliver my order, but they now say it is on hold and cod not available whereas during order they showed cod option. Moreover in betweb this 8 days. They don't even bothered to let me know about the order status and upon my query they are answering stupid logics. I need my order within two days and on cod. Was this information helpful? | |||||
