[Resolved] Lenskart — product missing. (product received only one instead of two) | |||||
Hi lenskart, I placed the order of two product, but received only one. Please let me know who's mistake here..? To resolve this issue we need to call customer care and have to waste our time. I called and they took 35 minute for just listening and said we will investigate, this mean is am culprit here. 35 minute waste of time, take photos, need to fill farm again scanning, have to write mail to them.. This all activity i have to do without my mistake or placing the order in lenskart is my mistake. This all happen on 27th. Today is 29th, still didn't get any reply from lenskart even after sending all photos and form. Is this way of treating customer. Now they are telling that they dint received any photos or any details. Simply they are dragging. Very worst service. Final word to lenskart, all ready decided to no more order in lenskart.
