[Resolved] Lenskart — Product not Delivered after claiming the amount | |||
I ordered a power glass with a frame for my kid and payment was done online which was successful. I had two different orders and both the payment was successful wherein I already got charged and it was billed to me my bank as well. I was supposed to receive the order on 19-July but on 18-July I received an SMS saying that the order is delayed due to quality checks and when I checked with Lenskart they said due to stringent quality checks the order is delayed and will be delivered within 4-5 days. And today, on 22-July I received a new SMS stating that my order is canceled and upon checking with the Lenskart support team I am informed that the payment was not successful. I had done two payments on that day so how come they have received one payment and another they did not receive. They are liars and trying to hide something. I was informed on 18-July that the order is delayed due to Quality checks and after two days they are saying that payment has not been received. This is simply unacceptable. Jul 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They have neither emailed me nor called me. They are saying that payment is not received and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
