Lenskart — product not delivered and change its status online for more money

As i am here for another complaint for the same company and keep watching how they try to rip of customer and provided very poor customer services.
Picture one show order which i ordered first with gift coupon which they gave it to me due to previous complain.
I got txt message and app status for such a order which is in pictures 2 and 3.
I got couple of call from marketing personal once even i open their app or go to their site to check offer.
For my order due to corona lockdown they send me message that it will be delivered after 12 april.
I made call and they told me cash on delivery was not available with their courier provider, so i have to order again. I argue why i have to order again. I am happy to pay online to get delivered again.
They didn't listen ask me to reorder and when i argue than they said that product frame 132730 is not available and didn't show online stock.
I went online again and try to check my order in app. They come up with whatsapp chat and said frame is available. Big game. Ask me to pay more. For my order they don't have frame but new order with more money they have frame available.
Try to rip customer off. They didn't call back for me for lowest price order for delivery and online payment but new order they followed up several time.
I need my order must deliver asap with online payment in same price rs.279.00

I had chat with support team of lenskart and I asked one simple solution of this problem which they raise about different package of lens quality.
My question is very simple that what will be answer if i do not select your high value lens and ask for only frame which is a same as my previous order and she said to me no because they increase price of frame.

So over all they attract customer and now change the price of frame and asking more money.

I attached screenshot of support team who agreed to provide same frame with glasses with same price as i order once they get frame available.

Attached copy of that for reference.
