so this is how you guys getting the resolution rate then. With out actually resolving the complaint, marking it as resolved. Anyway please note my order details.

issue : it is marked as delivered on 4th aug. till now no body bothered to help. Everytime i contact customer support they give me the same answer like a parrot without any brain stating wait for 24 hours
