I ordered multiple focal contact lens through lenskart online with the help of customer care person Ankit Segal on 20th Dec 2021. He booked and I made a payment of rs 2700. He promised it will be delivered on 26th Dec 2021, but product not delivered. I had been contacting everyday the customer care for a refund of the same, they tell to wait 24 hrs every time I call and not initiating refund. I regret to place an order with them and undergoing mental stress everyday because of them. Pls help me to get my refund. My order ID: [protected] +2 photos Was this information helpful? This amount shall reflect in your account/original mode of payment. - 7-10 working days if the original payment was made via debit/credit card or - 3-5 working days if the original payment was made via net banking We understand that no amount of apology can fill the bridge which has been created because of the bad experiences you had with the services. However, as a goodwill gesture, we are offering you a 20% discount on your next purchase as you are one of our valuable customers. Which will be applicable on eyeglasses and sunglasses in Lenskart Air, Vincent Chase, and John Jacob products. We would request you to please revert us back with the final cart value with us.
