[Resolved]  Lenskart — Product not delivered and refund not given

I ordered multiple focal contact lens through lenskart online with the help of customer care person Ankit Segal on 20th Dec 2021. He booked and I made a payment of rs 2700. He promised it will be delivered on 26th Dec 2021, but product not delivered. I had been contacting everyday the customer care for a refund of the same, they tell to wait 24 hrs every time I call and not initiating refund. I regret to place an order with them and undergoing mental stress everyday because of them. Pls help me to get my refund. My order ID: [protected]

- 7-10 working days if the original payment was made via debit/credit card or

- 3-5 working days if the original payment was made via net banking

However, as a goodwill gesture, we are offering you a 20% discount on your next purchase as you are one of our valuable customers.
