[Resolved] Lenskart — product not delivered to me

I order 2spects for my father who is a senior citizen, 1 product was dispatched next day and another was stocked out. I got a small for 1st product saying pincode is incorrect. So called customer care asking for a change and also asked to correct before dispatching the second product. After these instructions also the sent the 2nd product with same pincode. And till date i have not received any of the products because now there courier guys are saying they don't provide services in my area.
And there list of irresponsible person who promise to call u but will not call (Rajeev from logistics, karan from customer care)

Even kenskart doesn't have the hub details were product is stuck
And here my father is struggling as he is not able to have a proper vision.
Pathetic and unexpected service by so called lenskart.
