[Resolved] Lenskart — Product not delivered To My address

My order is showing as delivered. But I didn't recieve item. I contacted customer care. They are not solving the issue, they are telling its delivered.
How can I prove that its not delivered? They need to prove me that its delivered to correct address.
Please check and solve the issue.
