[Resolved] Lenskart — Product pick is done but exchange product or refund option not available
I ordered computer glasses from lenskart on 28 oct . Product delivered on 1 jan 2020
But medium size glasses is not perfect for me then I request to return on 6 nov 2020 . My product pickup is done on 11 nov 2020 .
After 11 nov. Today is 19 nov there is no exchang Or refund option showing in my lenskart account please help me sir
