Lenskart — product quality and delivery related issue | |||||
I chose a frame from connaught place lenskart showroom in feb and the order no is [protected]. However, the frame got corroded in two months. Somehow i ignored but recently i got infection due to this. After this i requested for return and the spectacle was picked up on 10th august 2017 and yet no frame has been delivered to my address. They delivered the frame to my default address though i placed the order (Order no. - [protected]) for the same place. Now, it seems they have cancelled my order. Apart from poor quality frames, their glasses are extremely bad and power is mostly. I short i am without glassses for last 14 days. Thanks to lenskart. They are a big cheat. Apart from that they keep spamming like beggar. They have extremely bad word of mouth publicity these days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

the quality of frame was pathetic no doubt and now your logistic mgmt is beyond comprehension . You are not capable of redirecting a product from rohini to karol bagh (both colonies are in Delhi btw ) in 9 days . You have attained zenith of incompetence.
Your Hyperbranding approach is not sustainable in long run . You are underestimating the role of word-of-mouth publicity.
