[Resolved] Lenskart — Product Quality Issue Titanium Frame broken, lens got scratches | |||
Hard lesson learnt after getting betrayed by Lenskart do no go for online always trust local vendors Chasmawala's for service and products. while buying i was told that Pro Titanium frames are the strongest, Flexible & Lightest best frames from Lenskart and I paid for that 13 thousand Rupees. after 1 year and 10 days the Titanium frame got broken in normal use ??? Lenskart store people and online service team says warranty is gone by 10 days ... SO poor quality the broken frame edge could have injured my eye.. order #[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
