[Resolved] Lenskart — Product Quality Issue Titanium Frame broken, lens got scratches

Hard lesson learnt after getting betrayed by Lenskart do no go for online always trust local vendors Chasmawala's for service and products.

while buying i was told that Pro Titanium frames are the strongest, Flexible & Lightest best frames from Lenskart and I paid for that 13 thousand Rupees.
after 1 year and 10 days the Titanium frame got broken in normal use ???

Lenskart store people and online service team says warranty is gone by 10 days ... SO poor quality the broken frame edge could have injured my eye..

We have escalated your order to issue the store credits so that we can place your replacement order and deliver it to the store address. You will receive an update within the next 24 hours.

Note: You have to hand over the master order at the store at the time of collecting the exchange order.
