Lenskart — product stocked out after payment and return

Today, i received the status regarding my glasses that the product is stocked out. Like seriously, how one can do this to their customers after taking order and payments. I want my order asap. First they send defective product and after the return they stocked out the product. How they take orders without first refering to the quantity available with them. I'm really in need of my product.
