[Resolved] Lenskart — product stocked out right after payment | |||
I had placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on lenskart and right after i made the payment... I recieved an update on the website's order tracking feature that my product was stocked out. The order number is [protected]. This bad on the website's part to take payments in full and then show the product is stocked out. This kind of bad customer service would make anyone to not want to use the website again at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
