[Resolved] Lenskart — product stocked-out upon placing the order. | |||
Greetings! I had placed an order for a pair ray-ban eye glasses on march 05, 2019 at lenskart's store at janak puri district centre. The manager, mr. Pankaj took my order and informed that the glasses with the lenses fitted shall be delivered in a few days. And today (March 06, 2019), when i check the status of the order, it is showing it as stock out. If the stock was already out, how could the db accept my order for it (That too, in a physical store). I need a status on my order and an expected delivery date for it.
