My husband had ordered a product with gold membership thinking about the best of the services from lenskart, but to our surprise after making the full payment in advance the product was not delivered and is missing, when contacted their customer care and visit their branch from where the order was placed, they are completely clueless about the order details.
We had been contacting lenskart almost every day and had also visited them twice, who will compensate about the time and efforts we are putting in for the carelessness of the company

Gold membership is a daylight robbery. Anyways let me not go into membership or products. My only reason to buy was to get it delivered at home and in time. Delivery date assured was 25th Jan and now it's been 29th, no one knows where the item is. And in name of customer service they are at bottom with 0 stars. Nobody calls you to give status, everytime you contact them, one has to tell the whole story again and best answer you get is assurity to get back in 24-48 hours, which again is a lie. We pay much more than market price to deserve this?
Better go for local brand, you will get cheaper n better product at reasonable price. Stay away from Lenskart. Order # [protected]
