[Resolved]  Lenskart — Product which was incorrect given and dint rectified an given back

Order No: ([protected]) which was lens glass delivered and as the power was wrong returned it and got a call back from executive regarding rectifying the lenses and delivering it back. but this dint happened. And they have even not returned my money and had credited 249 Rs amount to my lenskart account to which i am forced to buy another lens which i dont want too
