The order had been done by 07/08/2022 and the delivery date was 11/08/2022 but products have not been given to me. Lenskart didn't give me any information about the delay. Didn't get any clear or satisfying updates till now. Please provide the solution.

It's 16/08/2022 but I didn't get my ordered products till now. According to the information given by one of the Lenskart representatives Rahul Singh, one of the products is not in stock. So please cancel that and give me a refund for that product as soon as possible. The screenshots have been attached for your reference.

You are requested to provide a compensatory gift voucher during the product delivery as we had already discussed in previous mail. So that I can utilize that to purchase alternative eyeglasses during the product delivery time as per my professional and medical requirements. It will save time. Thanks!
