I received the frame on 22nd March 2021 and before even 1 year could complete the frame started peeling off. I raised the concern with lenskart team on 12th March 2022. Trying to claim the 1-year warranty they provide with every frame as per the T&C mentioned on their website. On contacting them they denied the warranty service stating there is some internal policy. Now, they have been rudely denying me the promised service. I paid a huge amount for a substandard frame and these guys are scamming me under some internal policy guise and not honoring the policy that they have mentioned on their own website in T&C.
