[Resolved] Lenskart — Refund for Refund of Money for Order No. [protected] | |||||
I had asked customer care to refund the money for above order and they are asking me to visit or speak to the store from where I ordered. This is insane. I am asking for refund of my money and store shouldn't have authority or control to dictate terms to the customer. Lenskart service is apathetic (call centre/email support). For any enquiry you do they give standard reply - "Please visit or call the store"...What are they getting paid for??? Can't they communicate to their store internally??? Isn't your System/Process centralised to process a Refund request??? I will file a case against them in consumer court if they don't process it in 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
