[Resolved] Lenskart — refund in original mode of payment | |
I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart online (Order no:[protected]). Didn't like the quality, so returned it on 27th june 2018 through ecom express, which was arranged by the seller. I haven't got any satisfactory response about refund in the original mode of payment. The only assurance i've got is, it'll be resolved in a couple of days. Now its been more than three days with no updates. I'm worried. Also they were quick in giving me store credit as refund which i do not want. I want refund in my bank a/c, and i've stated that clearly. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I wish to inform you that the issue is resolved and the refund has been credited in my account. The support staff persisted with the case and also were courteous in our interactions. The email address used by the company was [email protected]. Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 08, 2018 Lenskart Customer Care's response Dear Abhishek, We tried to reach out to you on multiple occasions but were unable to do so. In our previous e-mail, we have informed you that we have processed the refund of your order in your bank account. The same will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.Unfortunately, in the absence of any response, we are unable to pursue this further. Hence, we are closing this ticket. Once we receive the response from your end, the case will be automatically reopened.
