I ordered a product from Lenskart online, and there was a fitting issue. So, I choose the option of returning via the offline store of lenskart. Lenskart store assured me that I would get a refund and the form regarding the refund will be sent to me.
But it has been a month and I haven't received a form. On visiting the store, the person denies that they have received the product and asked me to connect with Lenskart support. Lenskart support team is saying that they haven't received the product from the store. But they have already taken the product and Lenskart app is showing the product received.
