[Resolved] Lenskart — Refund is not proper | |||||
Dear Team, I brought two lens boxes which I paid was 2185. I am not satisfied with that so, I requested for return. But LensKart customer got one box(i.e 1443 rupees) it seems and I dont have any idea what happened to that another box(i.e 742 rupees box). Now they blamed me that I didn't return my another box but they blindly believed the courier boy. Now, My question is very simple, I requested Two Return Item but the courier boy gave single item. Why they didnt ask any questions to him and me? and moreover I didnt get any message like they received single item what about another one? As per support team said they received single item why they not updated the website? If that happens I could have realize that they received single box. That also not happens! Please give priorities my complaint and do favor. Please find all attachment, what I got form your side. Was this information helpful? | |||||
