Hi,
I had ordered spects at lenskart and it was returned them and they are saying they issued refund. But it was not yet credited. On contact my bank they said it was fake transaction details. Need help.

Lenskart Customer Care's response Hi Anirudh! The refund reference numbers have already been shared with you, which only generate when the refund is processed. We have also mentioned the account number it was credited. Thus, you are requested to contact your bank with the relevant details.
