[Resolved] Lenskart — refund not credited even after multiple follow ups | |||||
I had canceled an order #[protected] on 24th september and i was supposed to receive the refund in 7 working days. Inspite of multiple follow ups which include 6-8 calls with multiple executives and managers and many mail exchanges and ticket creation, i have not yet received any confirmation on the refund. I am throughly disappointed with the customer service rendered by lenskart. I feel harassed that i have to follow-up so many times to get back my own money. They have stopped replying to the ticket itself. I even tried contacting mr aditya singh who is at a senior position, he is also not responding to me. The product i paid for wasn't even shipped to me as i cancelled at the same time when i placed the order. I placed an order for another product and had to pay for it separately, this product was shipped to me, the other one was not. I want full refund in my bank account for which i have already shared the details with the lenskart team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
