[Resolved] Lenskart — refund not initiated for returned order | |||||
Hello, I had returned the product received from lenskart but have not received any refund yet. The product was returned on 3rd november and its been 9-10 days. I also received the acknowledge slip from courier for successful return pickup and call from lenskart warehouse. Moreover there was a misunderstanding regarding the pick up as well.
