My Order Id is [protected] and Return Id is 138970, the glasses were picked up on 17/11/2016 and it was told to me that the return will be initiated with 3-5 working days, inspite of calling them several times they had not initiated the refund, they are just giving excuses that the product has not been received by them yet. There courier people had picked up the product inspite of that they are making excuses. kindly resolve this asap. Thank you.

As soon as the complaint was made the next day i got call from the lenskart and they initiated the refund within 48 hours.
