[Resolved]  Lenskart — Refund not processed

I had placed an order on 26th of January amounted 1618 and the amount has been debited from my account. The e statement says success. However, it still says payment pending. I have contacted customer care but they keep asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours every time I talk to them. It's been more than that.
