Lenskart — Refund of cancelled product

I had ordered an eye glass of Rs 1210/- and payment of it was failed from my side twice, but third time i have paid them sucessfully but still they are telling payment is not recieved and were not placing my order
So I decided to cancel the order and get the refund
But again they are not processing the refund amount
I have also shared my bank statement
But still nothing has happened
Very very poor experience from Lenskart👎👎
