It's been two month I am not getting my refund for your mistake, just getting the mail we will refund, sorry for inconvenience, and provide the bank details. Several times I had provided the bank details but still the sam. And whenever I call the customer care, the customer care people talk very arrogantly. I made a purchase On lenskart. They didn't even bother to tell me about insurance and they did insurance of my purchased spectacular without asking me. They should have asked me whether I want insurance or not or told me about insurance.
