[Resolved] Lenskart — Refund pending since more than 2 months | |||||
#[protected] pending balance - 369 + 510 #[protected] pending balance- 1198/- #[protected] pending balance - 1708/- This accounts for a good amount for 3 orders the refund has not been made yet. They have only made a partial payment of 1370/- out of 3786/- that too constantly messaging them on facebook. Now they have messed up my account to trying to convince me on the partial payment made. Eventually they have stopped responding to my mails and customer care calls as well. It has been two months since i'm waiting for the payment to be done in my bank account but they have stopped responding altogether. The amount 2416/- is still pending.
