[Resolved] Lenskart — refund request pending since 3 months

I had made an order for the amount of rs.4591 and cancelled after the amount was deducted. I have been requesting refund since 3 months and it has still not been processed.
I have been contacting customer service, they always tell me to give them 48 hours which is a week in their dictionary.
My tickets always get closed stating my refund has been processed but it does not reflect in my account.
