[Resolved] Lenskart — regarding an order of rs. 3920. | |||
I have placed the order on 27.8.2017. The order no. Is [protected]. The order was supposed to delivered on 5.9.17 which was already late. The reason for delay was not conveyed to me. I have called them many times but didnt got any response. On 8.9.17, the have told me that i have to place the order again which will take further i more week. After that i cancelled the order. Lenskart sent me email link to update my bank account online. Link was not working. After that i called customer care again. They told me to email bank details for refund. I am still waiting for the refund. So there was problem at every step in the process without any convey of information to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
