I placed an order with order no: [protected] and In the payment sections I paid as a guest from the mobile number: [protected] as I didn't have an account in Lenskart at that time, after the payment, It said the payment is a success ( I have the payment SS for your reference) and after the payment when I was entering the prescription values, It stopped immediately stating that the payment is failed ( I have attached the SS for your reference ) but the payment is done successfully and the amount has been cut from the bank as well ( I have attached the same for your reference ). As I paid as a guest, I was unable to view or track the order. Can you kindly look into this matter? Thanks.
