[Resolved] Lenskart — regarding the colour frame change now the lenskart people telling me to go for a refund. | |||
Sir i have booked a 2 frams with lens from lenskart the concern person came to my house and took the payment through debit card, and then leter when i checked the colour frame was different so i told him to change the colour and even he said yeah sir il do it dont worry, now after 5 days if i aske the concern person, he is telling he did everythin and his back end team is not giving approval itseems, and now its already 5 days over i dnt get my frame yet, i need my problem should resolved by tomorrow oresle il file.
