[Resolved]  Lenskart — replacement not in a proper way

I have purchased the eyeglasses on 25th of december 2017, at the time of purchased i have applied the coupon in which i was supposed to get 50% cashback voucher but in there server it was not reflecting due to which they have suggested me that if i will give the product for the replacement then only i can get the voucher. I agreed and i have given it for the replacement on 9th of jan 2018. After when they have received the product, they are not telling approximate time they required to get the replacement done even i have not received any confirmation mail or message. Whenever i am calling they says that even they don't know.

Now i don't know when i will be getting back my product. As every time telling me the different things.

I have been going to the showroom from three months every week to buy avaitor eyeglasses and the employes there are making excuses about the glasses they are not getting it they even had my full payment for glasses and this is going on for 3 months now. I think strict action should be taken against it
