Lenskart has worst customer support and worst escalation, infact I have first time whose CEO's doesn't care of.. Otherwise every Good CEO's care for their Brand Value.
It's been days and days for my Return for the Order ID [protected] which I received absolutely different than what I ordered. I ordered Carrera 147mm and received 145mm in Cheap Vincent Chase Box.. I don't know but it seems Lenskart selling used items.
It's been days days I contacting them but everytime no resolution except the template response. Their own Return Courier is not delivered the return item, so why let the customer suffer for it..?
No escalation, no customer support for resolution.. Really worst company I have seen.. Now very soon Lenskart will see the impact. Was this information helpful? |
