[Resolved] Lenskart — rude services at store | |||
I've given my spectacles for repair at lenskart store gtb nagar. Later i've been informed that my spectacles can't be repaired. And when i went to collect it, the screw part that attaches the lens frame to the side frame has been found broken. When i was inquiring regarding, if the warranty will be applicable to it or not, i didn't even get a proper response moreover the lady at the desk was rude and replied angrily. After buying spectacles worth thousands of rupees can't we get proper reply regarding our queries. Was this information helpful? | |||
