[Resolved] Lenskart — Rude staff | |||
Hi As per the offer on Lenskart app to new customers, I should get a frame along with lens only for Rs.299. However, Lenskart agent Achintya Mishra says I will have to pay 999 + 299 + GST which is ridiculous. As I was sure about the offer, I asked him to read the offer again carefully. This is when he abused me and said that I dont have common sense. Such is the quality of Lenskart customer care. If they dont fix this soon, they will lose a lot of business Was this information helpful? | |||
