[Resolved] Lenskart — specs which was given for alignment but returned damaged | |||
Sir As I purchased a specs from Lenskart outlet based at Boring Canal Road, Patna Bihar. After using few days I went to lenskart outlet for alignment of frame. A person of Lenskart at outlet said to me that leave your specs at there and please come another day as it will take time. I reached on another day and when I reached next day I saw my specs frame was totally damaged. In reply they said to em that while alignment it got damaged and now you will have to pay only 75% of MRP for a new frame. Kindly let me know why should I pay for a new frame. It’s their responsibility to keep properly the coustomers belonging. Due to damaged frame I am not able to use my specs and I am unable to do my job properly.
