Dear sir/madam,
On 10th december, when i was visiting your store in rajkot, i ordered two pairs of spectacles after speaking with your manager at your store in mumbai airport who assured me that they would be delivered to me at the international terminal on the morning of the 16th december. We received confirmation that the order was completed on 14th december but when i telephoned your store several times between 7am and 8am on 16th december, your staff member had been asleep and i woke him. He insisted that no order had been placed which was untrue but i had to return to the uk without my glasses. My relatives now tell me that you want to charge me courier fees for your mistake which is unnacceptable.

Thanks for looking into this matter. I was particularly disappointed that your 24/7 store at Mumbai airport was unwilling to provide a service at 7am and that your staff member was asleep when we called him and refused to deliver my spectacles as had been agreed with the manager. It has given me a bad impression of your company.
