[Resolved] Lenskart — spectacles replacement | |||
Hi, Lenskart does not have a proper replacement policy with them. Every time you will get a different executive on call and they will promise you different things and when i had a word with the floor manager mr jason he was so rude and not wanting to listen at all and agree to his executive mistake what they had mentioned to me and not even listen to the recording of what they spoke to me that also 3 of the executive just fooled me into this. They are here to just fool the customers at the end of the day and earn the money. Lenskart is one company which makes the customer suffer for its own employees mistakes.
