[Resolved] Lenskart — still haven't received cash for returned order. | |||||
I had returned products purchased from lenskart order no [protected] for which the transaction reversal was supposed to be completed within 10 working days but it did not happen. After complaining about the same i was told to wait for one more day and than after multiple reverts i got a call stating that the transaction is complete and i will have to contact my bank for the amount. I just dont get it i havent faced this kind of issues with any e commerce seller before but lenskart is making me run for my own money. Also for filling up the form if the request is valid i will have to bear 100 rs charges which i am not sure i should pay as it is a mistake from lenskart side.
