I placed an order on 1st Feb on lenskart and I received a damaged product so I decided to return it, first of all the return process was extremely slow and it took almost 10 days just get the pickup done, and then I decided to personally go and drop the second pair of glasses at the store personally and since then I have been waiting for my refund, I returned it on 21 Feb and they told me that I will get the refund within a week. On 22nd Feb I get a confirmation saying that refund was completed and no money was transferred to my account, since then it has been a month, every week I go and ask them for a refund and they tell me to wait another week. This has been the most terrible customer support I have ever seen. It's like I'm pleading them for the money that they owe me, every time I raise a ticket I get the same answer, "sir it has been initiated on our end", or "someone from our team will get back to you", this has been a very frustrating experience, they even asked me to provide my bank statements which is something an e-commerce website is not supposed to, I went ahead and provided that and then also I get the same response. They don't care about the customers, this behavior is just terrible and unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
