I ordered a spec on 19-nov, made payment via online banking.
However, as i did not find the prescription, had to cancel the order. This happened within max half an hour of order.
However, the amount that i paid while ordering is yet not refunded.
I contacted the customer care twice:
1. On first chat, i was conveyed that it takes maximum of 10 working days, so would be refunded in next 2 days (I contacted them on 9th working day).
2. On 12th day i again contacted them. The chat support showed me a image (Attached), which said that the amount is refunded on 21-nov-2017. Then i told him that i have not received any amount. So please tell me the account number to which the amount was refunded.
Now the executive said that the amount will take 24-hours more to get refunded.
Its now 12 days and the refund is yet not processed.
