[Resolved] Lenskart — they delivered my product late, promised me a compensation on their own and then later denied it. | |||
So i am a regular customer at lenskart, i ordered my lenses but they were delivered in more than a week and their officer committed to me to give compensation on his own, when i now check my account the compensation is not there, they are now denying it. To me it's not a great deal but they have definitely lost a valuable customer, committing something and not delivering it isn't what u expect from them. They made me call their customer care for 3 days and then said all this. Its very disappointing Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a lens kart spectacles. I went the store at Kamla Nagar delhi, but they refused to take my order. They are saying only i[censored] buy new spectacles then only we will take ur order. Fitting of a new glassses is not possible. I wonder about such an unprofessional behaviour of the shop holder.
