[Resolved]  Lenskart — They denied my exchange request

I ordered the spects in sep. 2021. From the. I got some issues with the spects often. 1st frame got loosened temple of 1 side due to poor adhesive quality maybe, it was detached at the junction. then i requestes exchange, they did so. Then. The new spects after using for 3 months the glass of the 1 side got loosened and fall from the frame. Later i again asked for exchange and they did so again. Then for 3rd frame, it was very wide and getting loose from my face and the antiscratch was not able to differentiated from normal glass, the anti scartch also got scaratched after a week of regualr use. Normal glass of the previous galsses are far better as they not got scratch for a period of 2 weeks use. Then i asked for exchange and they accepted and this time the spects got good but after 2 months use, the color is getting peeling off, again anti scartch was not good, thr temple over cover was getting cracks, the nose pads got broken in this 2 months span. Now i asked for the exchange because of the manufactured defect and the poor quality. This time they denied the exchange because, they told in call that, only 3 times u can exachange.

But they didn't mentioned anywhere that Exchange only for 3 times.

I need exchange because its just a 2 months use and till now i exchanged due to some issues arised in a span of just 3 months use r 2 months. The quality of the frames and the glasses were really bad, especially of th vincent chase models all.
