[Resolved]  Lenskart — two time order place but wrong item sell

I have order place by lenskart executive and to perfect as per my requirement.
I have return this and after replacement same issues come, also return
But not get refund up to this time.
Then contact lenskart support center his say not customisation available here why they place my order.
- my first order date :- 23/02/2018
After 1 month i have not resolved my order.
