[Resolved] Lenskart — Unprofessional behaviour | |||
I want to complain against the store at Naktala. My frame broke on 16th august 7.30 pm that was purchased from lenskart. I stay at Naktala so went there as I cant see without a spectacle and needed immediate repair. The store girl told me to wait outside, as lenskart is allowing only 5 people. I waited for 10mins then she told store will be closed come tomorrow. As if only they are working in pandemic. Im a bank employee, customer service should be prior importance even now.
