Dear sir,
I have purchased a spectacle from lenskart vide product id [protected], dated 16/10/2021 online. The product damaged in a very short span of time i.e. within 6 months. Frames divided into 2 parts and while contacting customer service representative, they are informed to visit retail outlets for repair. Here I would like to say that my product is under warranty and it is not acceptable for me to get it repaired as it will not be as good as Original one after repairing. Further, the company representative assured for doorstep services at the time of buying as I purchased from door steps only.
So, I am hereby requesting you to look into the matter and arrange for immediate refund of amount or replace the item as I am not satisfied with existing one.

Dear sir, i have tried several times to customer care executive through chat and they informed that it is not possible.
While i have lodged product review, they informed me that customer care team will contact me which is still awaited.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
