[Resolved] Lenskart — Worst service and fraud allegations

I had purchased a frame for rs2746/- as there was an offer the original price was 3999/- but when i sent it for a exchange of colour they took 1 and half month to complete the process and buy the time the frame went back to them the offer which i had purchased the frame was not there anymore. So now i have to pay the full amount of rs3999/- . So this is the worst exchange policy i have seen in any online stores.
Mean while when i asked them as i had purchased it under an offer is it possible for you to provide the glasses for the same price and to get a reply for this i had to cal them plenty of times and every time i had to tell the whole story to each executive . So i am getting my money refunded now.And will never refer anyone to lenzkart .

Contact lens, not correctly fixing and clear to see

I ordered one pair of aH contact lenes on 25.5.16. And I received that on 30.05.16. I tired that and I cannot see it clearly. Its so dull to see. So I want to return this package and want to refund this money 310.
